- 1 lb glutinous rice

- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon Shaoxing wine
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 10 lotus leaves, soaked and rinsed

Method
1. Soak the glutinous rice in water for at least 2 hours. 2. Soak the lotus leaves in hot water for at least 30 minutes. 3. Marinate the chicken with soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, Shaoxing wine, cornstarch, sugar, and salt for 20 minutes. 4. Heat the wok or frying pan over medium heat and stir-fry the Chinese sausages and mushrooms until fragrant. 5. Add the marinated chicken and stir-fry until cooked through. 6. Drain the glutinous rice and mix it with the cooked chicken, sausages, and mushrooms. 7. Take one lotus leaf and place it on a flat surface. 8. Spoon a generous amount of the rice mixture onto the center of the lotus leaf. 9. Fold the lotus leaf over the rice mixture to create a rectangular parcel. 10. Repeat with the remaining lotus leaves and rice mixture. 11. Place the parcels in a steamer basket and steam over high heat for 1 hour and 30 minutes. 12. Serve hot and enjoy!Notes
