- 3 cups cooked jasmine rice, cooled

- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 cup frozen peas
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 3 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 3 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp. fish sauce
- 1 tsp. sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cilantro for garnish (optional)

Method
- Heat the wok or skillet over medium-high heat and add 2 tbsp. of oil.
- Add the minced garlic and stir-fry for a few seconds until fragrant.
- Add the chicken and shrimp and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until cooked through. Remove from the wok and set aside.
- Add the remaining 1 tbsp. of oil to the wok and add the beaten eggs. Scramble the eggs until they are cooked and set aside with the chicken and shrimp.
- Add the chopped onions and red bell pepper to the wok and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until softened.
- Add the frozen peas and stir-fry for another minute.
- Add the cooked rice and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until heated through and slightly crispy.
- Add the chicken, shrimp, and eggs back into the wok and stir-fry for another minute to combine.
- Add the soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, and sugar to the wok and stir-fry for another minute to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste and garnish with cilantro (optional).

- You can use any kind of protein or vegetables you like in this recipe. Some popular options are beef, pork, tofu, broccoli, carrots, and corn.
- Make sure to use cold, cooked rice for this recipe. Using freshly cooked rice will result in a mushy fried rice.
