Rinse the rice and soak it in water for 30 minutes. 2. Heat oil in a frying pan and add mustard seeds and cumin seeds. 3. Once the seeds start cracking, add chopped onions and green chilies. 4. Sauté for 2-3 minutes, then add peanuts and turmeric powder. 5. Add the soaked rice and sauté for 2-3 minutes. 6. Add 2 cups of water and salt to taste. 7. Bring the water to a boil, then reduce heat and cover the pan. 8. Let it cook for 15-20 minutes or until the rice is cooked. 9. Once the rice is cooked, add lemon juice and mix well. 10. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
