- 1 cup water
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT Mexican Style Finely Shredded Four Cheese
- 1-1/2 cups instant white rice, uncooked
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/2 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream (optional)

Method
- Preheat your oven to 375°F.
- Cook the ground beef and onions in a large skillet over medium heat until the beef is browned, stirring occasionally. Drain the excess fat.
