Add chopped onions and green chilies and sauté until the onions turn translucent. 4. Add chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes until the tomatoes are soft and mushy. 5. Add puffed rice to the pan and mix well until all the spices are evenly coated on the puffed rice. 6. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the puffed rice is heated through and crispy. 7. Turn off the heat and let the mixture cool down for a few minutes. 8. Serve masala puffed rice in a bowl and enjoy!
