- Remove them using a slotted spoon and keep them aside.
- Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a wok or a frying pan.
- Add ginger paste, green chili paste, and sauté for a minute.
- Add soy sauce, vinegar, and salt. Mix well.
- Add the fried vegetable balls and mix well in the sauce.
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
