- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 cup chopped parsley
- 1/4 cup chopped almonds

Method
- Melt the butter in a large saucepan over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onions, salt, and black pepper. Cook until the onions are soft and translucent, about 5 minutes.

- Add the rice to the pan and stir to coat with the butter and onion mixture.

- Transfer the pilaf to a serving dish and serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
