- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon chili sauce
- Salt to taste

- 1 capsicum, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
- 2 tomatoes, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornflour

- 2 cups cooked Basmati rice
- 1/2 cup finely chopped carrots
- 1/2 cup finely chopped capsicum

Method
Step 1: Making Manchurian balls

Add all-purpose flour and cornflour to the bowl and mix again. Add water little by little to form a thick batter. 3. Heat oil in a pan. Take a small portion of the batter and drop it in the oil.
