Method

  1. Take a bowl and add chopped vegetables, all-purpose flour, cornflour, ginger-garlic paste, black pepper powder, and salt. Mix well and make small balls out of the mixture.
  2. Heat oil in a wok or frying pan and fry the vegetable balls until they turn golden brown. Drain the balls on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
  3. In the same wok, add some oil and sauté the cooked rice for a few minutes. Once the rice is heated through, add soy sauce and chili garlic sauce. Mix well and fry for another 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add the fried Manchurian balls to the rice and mix gently. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through.
