Method

- Take a small portion of the batter and make small balls. Flatten the balls slightly and place them in the greased plates.

- Place the plates in the steaming vessel and steam for 20-25 minutes on medium heat.
- Once done, turn off the heat and let it cool for a few minutes.
- Remove the Kudumulu from the plates using a knife and serve hot with coconut chutney or sambar.

- You can also add finely chopped onions and carrots to the coconut mixture for added flavor.
- If the batter is too thick, add a little more water to adjust the consistency.
