- 1 tbsp chili sauce
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper powder
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves
Equipment:
- A wok or a large pan
- A knife for chopping vegetables
- A spatula for stirring the rice
Method:
- Heat oil in a wok or a large pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic, green chilies, and onion. Sauté till the onion turns translucent.
- Add chopped vegetables and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
