Ingredients

Method

Add the thyme, paprika, curry powder, salt, and pepper to the pot and stir well. 6. Add the rice to the pot and stir to combine. 7. Add enough water to the pot to cover the rice by about an inch. 8. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and cover the pot. 9. Cook the rice for about 30-40 minutes, or until it is tender and all the water has been absorbed. 10. Fluff the rice with a fork and serve hot.
