- 1 cup short-grain rice
- 1 cup long-grain rice
- 2 1/2 cups water

Method
- Wash the short-grain rice and long-grain rice separately until the water runs clear. Drain the water.
- Mix the short-grain rice and long-grain rice in a mixing bowl.
- Add 2 1/2 cups of water to the rice mixture and mix well.
- Add 1/2 teaspoon of salt to the mixture and mix well.
- Transfer the rice mixture into the rice cooker and cook for 20-30 minutes or until the rice is fully cooked.
- Once the rice is cooked, add 1 tablespoon of sesame oil to the rice and mix well.
- Serve the Korean long rice with your choice of side dishes.
Notes
