- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 4 tbsp butter
- 4 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 cup milk
- Salt and pepper to taste

Method
- Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, paprika, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg and milk.
- Dip the chicken pieces into the egg mixture, then coat them in the flour mixture.
- In a large skillet, melt 2 tbsp of butter over medium-high heat.
- Add the chicken pieces to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In a medium saucepan, melt 4 tbsp of butter over medium heat.
- Add 4 tbsp of flour to the melted butter and whisk until smooth.

- Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for 5-10 minutes or until it thickens.
- Season the gravy with salt and pepper to taste.
- Divide the cooked rice into four bowls.
- Top the rice with the cooked chicken pieces.
- Pour the gravy over the chicken and rice.
