- 1/2 cup condensed milk
- 1 cup plain flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 200g chocolate (melted)

Method
1. Preheat your oven to 180°C and line a baking tin with baking paper.2. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour and baking powder.
