For Manchurian balls:- 1 cup grated cabbage
- 1 cup grated carrot

- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

- 1 teaspoon ginger paste
- 1 teaspoon garlic paste
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- Salt to taste
- Oil for frying
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped capsicum
- 1/2 cup chopped carrot
- 1/2 cup chopped beans
- 1/2 cup chopped cabbage
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup
- 1 teaspoon ginger paste
- 1 teaspoon garlic paste
- 2-3 green chilies chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder
- Salt to taste
- Oil for frying

Method
For Manchurian balls:- In a bowl, mix grated cabbage, grated carrot, chopped onion, chopped capsicum, all-purpose flour, cornflour, ginger paste, garlic paste, soy sauce, tomato ketchup, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well to form a dough.
- Make small balls out of the dough and keep them aside.
- Heat oil in a frying pan and deep fry the balls until they turn golden brown. Take them out on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
- In a pan, heat oil and add chopped onion, chopped capsicum, chopped carrot, chopped beans, chopped cabbage, and chopped green chilies. Saute for 2-3 minutes.
- Add ginger paste, garlic paste, soy sauce, tomato ketchup, black pepper powder, and salt. Mix well.
- Add cooked rice and mix well. Cook for 2-3 minutes on low flame.
- Serve hot with Manchurian balls.
