Ingredients

Method

Reduce heat to low and add butter, stirring until melted and sauce is smooth. 4. Return shrimp to the skillet and toss to coat with the lemon sauce. Add chopped parsley and stir to combine. 5. To make the parmesan rice, once the rice is cooked, remove from heat and stir in parmesan cheese and butter until melted and combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste. 6. Serve the lemon shrimp over a bed of parmesan rice, garnished with additional chopped parsley if desired.
