Method

  8. Push the rice and vegetables to one side of the pan and add the beaten eggs to the other side.
  9. Scramble the eggs until cooked through and then stir into the rice mixture.
  10. Add the cooked shrimp and green onions to the pan and stir to combine.

Notes

  • You can use any vegetables you like in this recipe. Try adding bell peppers, mushrooms, or zucchini.
