Method
- Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a wok or large frying pan over medium-high heat.

- Add the remaining tablespoon of vegetable oil to the same pan.
- Add the garlic and onion and cook for 2-3 minutes until softened.
- Add the carrots, peas, and corn and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
- In a bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, sesame oil, gochujang, sugar, and black pepper.
- Add the cooked rice to the pan with the vegetables and stir to combine.
- Push the rice and vegetables to one side of the pan and add the beaten eggs to the other side.
- Scramble the eggs until cooked through and then stir into the rice mixture.
- Add the cooked shrimp and green onions to the pan and stir to combine.
- Pour the sauce over the rice and stir until everything is well coated.

Notes
- You can use any vegetables you like in this recipe. Try adding bell peppers, mushrooms, or zucchini.
