For the rice cake:- 1 cup of sweet rice flour
- 1/2 cup of water
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- A pinch of salt
- 1 cup of adzuki beans
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- Shaved ice
- Sliced fruit
- Condensed milk

Method
Step 1: Make the rice cake
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the sweet rice flour, water, sugar, and salt. Mix well until it forms a sticky dough. 2. Divide the dough into small balls and roll them into cylindrical shapes. 3. Place the rice cake on a plate and steam them for 20-25 minutes until they become translucent and chewy.Step 2: Make the red bean paste
1. Rinse the adzuki beans and soak them in water for at least 2 hours or overnight. 2. Drain the beans and add them to a pot with enough water to cover them. 3. Bring the pot to a boil and then reduce the heat to low. Simmer for 30-40 minutes until the beans are soft. 4. Drain the beans and add them to a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth. 5.
