  10. Add a handful of raisins and cashews (optional) and mix well.
  11. Pour the mixture onto a greased plate or tray and spread it evenly.
  12. Garnish with some more raisins and cashews (optional) and let it cool for at least 30 minutes.
  13. Cut the halwa into desired shapes and serve.
