Ingredients:
- 2 cups of cooked rice

- 2 teaspoons of soy sauce

Equipment:
- Non-stick pan or wok
- Wooden spoon or spatula

Method:
- Chop the kimchi and onion into small pieces.
- Heat the non-stick pan or wok over medium heat.
- Add the vegetable oil and swirl to coat the pan.
- Add the chopped onion and garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the frozen peas and carrots and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until cooked.

You can use any type of rice for this recipe, but we recommend using day-old rice that has been refrigerated overnight. It will be less sticky and easier to fry.
