- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

Method
- Soak the maifun rice sticks in warm water for 30 minutes. Drain and set aside.
